How do I apply with AAMI for sponsorship?
AAMI sponsorship focus is primarily on
events whether they be sporting, community based or in the arts and exhibitions.
Historically the individual who has represented the AAMI brand has been the AAMI girl
who has featured in AAMI advertising since 1976. As such AAMI's brand personality is
based around the AAMI girl and this provides little opportunity for the brand
personality to extend to sponsorship of individuals. Therefore it is unlikely AAMI
would consider individual sponsorships.
If you would like AAMI to consider a request from you or your organisation, please
post your sponsorship proposal to the National Sponsorship Manager, level 3, 616 St
Kilda Road Melbourne 3004 or email it to
sponsorship@aami.com.au.
To allow AAMI to fully consider your request for support, your proposal should include:
- The aim of the sponsorship/event.
- The level of local, State or National media exposure.
- Who benefits from the sponsorship/event and why?
- Details of how sponsorship funds will be spent.
- Marketing plan including proposed/confirmed media coverage, advertising, and PR activity and event promotions (if applicable).
Please allow up to 30 days for a formal response to your proposal. This allows AAMI an appropriate amount of time to consider and evaluate your proposal.
