COVERED
Learn more about cover for your home with AAMI Home Building Insurance if the building is damaged or soiled from physical injury or incident.
What's covered
We’ll cover damage to and/or soiling of the building caused by:
- physical assaults or death;
- forensic or police investigations associated with the above.
We’ll also cover the resultant costs of specialist forensic and other cleaning services and the removal of bio-hazard materials.
The most we will cover for any one incident is $15,000.
Know that a claim under this cover can be made independently of a claim for loss or damage caused by an insured event.
What’s not covered
