We cover electrical appliances permanently housed, connected or wired to the building like a wired oven for loss or damage caused by insured events.
What’s not covered
There are some instances where you will not be covered. Such as, where loss or damage is caused by, connected with or arises from any part of the building not being in good condition, or having wear, tear or deterioration from ordinary use or ordinary effects of natural forces. We also do not cover some losses where building works are not complete.
