What's covered
We cover any permanently attached fixtures including wall, ceiling and floor coverings as part of the building. For example, this includes fixtures like wallpaper. We also cover uninstalled building fittings, fixtures and materials to be used for the building but only when kept in a locked and secured building at the insured address.
What’s not covered
There are some instances where you will not be covered. Such as, we do not cover any part of the building that is not in good condition or that has wear, tear or deterioration. We also do not cover some losses where building extensions, alterations or renovations are not complete.
