Loss, damage to or liability arising from or connected with water seeping or running:

• through the earth (hydrostatic water seepage);
• down the sides of earth or earth fill that is up against the building;
• down the sides, against the sides or underneath swimming pools, spas, tanks or underground tanks;
• against or through retaining walls;
• from agricultural or overflow pipes.
