What's not covered

Loss, damage or legal liability for or caused by, connected with or arising from:

• structural improvements owned by your body corporate or equivalent body, or
• structural improvements located on common property, but we will cover fixtures owned by you as a tenant which will be removed by you when vacating a unit.
