What's not covered
Loss, damage or legal liability for or caused by, connected with or arising from:
- tenants,
- paying guests,
- boarders (this includes anyone residing under a short-term rental, holiday letting or house sharing arrangement, including arrangements booked through an online booking platform), or
- someone who lives with them or a person who entered the building or unit with their consent.
But we will cover you under the ‘Legal liability’ section only, for death or bodily injury to a domestic boarder or tenant who is not within the definition of ‘you’ and who is not a tenant, paying guest or boarder under a short-term rental, holiday letting or house sharing arrangement.
