You can log in to the AAMI App safely and securely using Fingerprint ID or Touch ID for Android and Apple devices.

As the AAMI Access App will be discontinued, it is recommended you download and start using the new AAMI App straight away. The new AAMI App has a lot of cool features that can help you make and track claims and manage policies. To get started, simply download the AAMI App from the Apple Store or Google Play.
You can continue to use the Suncorp Insurance App, particularly if you have insurance policies with other Suncorp Group brands such as Suncorp Insurance, GIO, Apia or Shannons. If you’re simply an AAMI customer, you may prefer to use the new AAMI App. To get started, simply download the AAMI App from the Apple Store or Google Play.
You can use both. If you’d like to receive mobile app notifications and alerts about your policies, you may prefer to use the new AAMI App.
