I'm sorry you're thinking of cancelling! You can cancel your car (excl. CTP or MAI), home or landlord insurance via the AAMI virtual assistant. It's easy to get started, cancel your policy.
For all other policies, contact us to talk to one of our specialists about cancelling.
If your policy has very recently expired, you may still be able to renew it online – check to see if you can still pay for it! Just be aware that you won't be covered if your policy has expired.
You also won’t be able to make any updates to your details if your policy has expired, however, you will be able to make changes online after the policy has been renewed.
