At the home
For some contents items at home, we offer flexible limits. This allows you to increase the limit for which an item is insured at the insured address by specifying it on your policy (additional premium may apply). You can do this online via My Account . If you don’t, the most we will pay for the item is the limit shown in the PDS.
You can ask us to insure an item by giving us the full description and replacement value. If we agree and you pay us the additional premium (if applicable), the item will be listed individually on your certificate of insurance. Having exact details of the items will help move things along!
